Never to late. I was very proud of Isabella’s costume this year. Ed asked me if I was going to make her costume because I had made last years costume. At first, I said, “No way!” I wanted an owl costume, but had trouble finding one I liked unless it was really pricey. I took to the internet and found direction to make one. Made a couple of modifications and came up with something I am pretty proud of. I purchased a knit hat on etsy.com and made the bodice of the costume. We went to Alvin for the weekend so that we could attend a dear friends birthday part at Moody Gardens. It was a costume party. Isa would not put on the hat the whole time, but when it came to Trick-O-Treating that night back in Austin she was game.

ABC dance
Isa loves to dance to the ABC song that plays on the refrigerator. It is one of the cutest things. I always try to get it but she usually stops before I can get the camera. I happen to have my new cell available, unfortunately I was on the house phone with my mom. So, that is what you hear in the background.

Dance! Dance!
Isabella loves to dance. She dance any time she hers music, no matter the genre. She also commands that everyone around her dance also. So, when I found out that the local dance studio offered a creative dance class for 2 and 3 year olds. I signed her up. The first half of the class she wears ballet shoes and the second half the use tap shoes. She loves to dance around the house in her tap shoes.
She had her first class last Tuesday and she loved it. She has been asking to go back ever since. I am so happy she likes it. I was worried because Isa is very attached to Mommy and Papa. I was not sure how she would handle going into a class or a new place without us. She went in and sat on a purple dot, which she was really happy about because she likes purple. I said bye and walked out. I went out to look at the TV in the lobby that parents can watch the class through and she didn’t shed a tear. I watched her doing everything the teacher asked her with excitement. So mission dance class was accomplished.
New School Year
September 1st was a new start for Isa. Although she had already been in here new class for about a month the 1st was the official day of her start. Which meant new kids would be joining her class. Ed is still getting Isa ready in the mornings since I leave way to early in the morning. He is getting really good at doing her hair. I am very proud of him. Here is a picture of her posing in her new uniform all dressed and ready to go.

Pizza!
Isabella has discovered pizza! It is her favorite food to eat. She sometimes even ask for it at breakfast. Of course we have to tell her that pizza is not a breakfast choice so she will settle for her favorite breakfast food instead Cereal(multigrain cheerios).
